What exactly do I receive?

A licence number, product number and, where applicable, a validation code for the QuickBooks Desktop version on the product page. If a key fails to activate on a supported setup, we replace it or refund you in full.

How and when do I receive it?

By email, within 1-24 hours of payment. The email contains your key, the Intuit download link and a step-by-step activation guide.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay Masda once for the licence key. Intuit decides how long it supports each version and its add-on services (payroll, bank feeds, live support); the product page states the version year.

What is the difference between 1, 3 and 5 users?

It is the number of people who can work in the same company file at the same time. A single-user licence is one installation. The 3 and 5 user licences enable multi-user mode so your team or accountant can work simultaneously.

Windows or Mac? USA or Canada?

Choose the edition that matches the computer you will install on. The Canada editions include GST/HST tracking and Canadian payroll forms. US editions are for US tax and payroll.

Can I move the licence to a new computer?

Yes. Deactivate on the old machine, install on the new one and enter the same key. If you get stuck, message us and we handle it with you.

What if it does not work?

You have a 30-day refund on unactivated keys. We first help you activate, and if the licence cannot be made to work on your setup you get a full refund.
